BYU Hawaii Part-time Students

Part-time students can take courses while not currently being enrolled as degree seeking students.

People who might be interested in being a part-time student are as follows:

• Spouses/children of faculty/staff at BYU Hawaii who want to take classes
• Members of the community who want to take classes
• Students who need to take some classes to show that they are ready to be admitted as undergraduate students
• Former BYU Hawaii students who need to take prerequisite courses for admission to graduate schools

Part-time students can take a limited number of on-campus classes per semester or term.

The BYU Hawaii Online office is responsible for the admission and advisement of those applying to the Part-time Student program.  Assistance with registration can also be done with the Online Advisor.
